Description
American Traveler is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a home health position working Monday through Friday day shifts.
Details
- Home health setting
- Monday through Friday, day shift schedule
- 5 to 8 visits per day
- Mileage reimbursement is provided in addition to compensation
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Speech-Language Pathology license in the state of practice (license required if applicable)
- Current CPR or BLS certification from an approved vendor (American Heart Association preferred)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the specialty, with clinical activity within the past 3 months
- Valid driver's license required; candidate must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be at least 21 years of age to be eligible for this position
- Two supervisor references required — one from within the past year and one from within the past two years
- Date of birth, middle name, and SSN required for consideration
Additional Information
- Local candidates are welcome to apply — local and travel pay rates are the same, with no radius restriction
- Candidates with more than 5 days of requested time off (RTO) will not be considered
- Candidates with any prior hits on their license will not be considered
- All employment gaps of one month or longer must be documented and explained in the work history
